TATTOO APPOINTMENTS AND CONSULTATIONS
To book a tattoo appointment with Zach, please fill in your information in the contact form on this page and leave a detailed description of what you are looking to get done, as well as your desired time and date. Zach will contact you back at his soonest convenience to schedule your appointment! Please note that messages are not answered outside of business hours (Tues. - Sat. 10AM - 7PM) or on holidays.

* $100 non-refundable deposit required for drawing/appointment upon booking. This goes towards the final cost of your tattoo, and reserves your appointment date and time. Payable in-store, or by E-Transfer @ firstname.lastname@example.org
***Absolutely NO refunds. Deposits go towards the final cost of the tattoo. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $150.00 "Cancelation Fee" at your next appointment on top of your hourly charge. If you do not show up for an appointment, and you did not call to reschedule, or did not give notice, you will be charged a $150.00 "No Show Fee" at your next appointment on top of your hourly charge. Each customer is charged individually. Sorry, no 2 - for - 1 deals! No payment plans. Gift Certificates from 2016 or earlier are no longer valid.
